Check your skin condition and get emergency prescriptions before the change of seasons.

Now that it's February, the weather is really ambiguous ;; Hot during the day and cold at night.. I think my skin is the first to react, so I'm leaving this down for the record. If anyone has similar symptoms to mine, please take note!

[Check my current skin condition] v When I wash my face, it feels like it's going to tear in 3 seconds v But in the afternoon, my T-zone gets shiny (the worst kind of oily skin ㅡㅡ) v When I put on makeup, it always gets stuck on the side of my nose.. When I touch up my makeup, it gets even stickier v Even when I put on expensive cream, it feels like it's just on the outside

This is exactly my story.. haha After a few days of searching YouTube and trying various things, I'll share the method I finally settled on. (This is absolutely not an advertisement, this is my honest review, purchased with my own money.)

  1. Don't exfoliate carelessly I reflect on my past self who used to scrub hard because she thought her makeup would come off...ㅠㅠ It actually irritated my skin and made it redder. I switched to 'enzyme powder' and when I make a lather and gently roll it on, it makes my skin soft without irritation. The rule is to only do this twice a week.
  2. 5-minute investment in skin pack I didn't have time in the morning, so I just put on lotion and went out, but while drying my hair, I soaked a thin cotton pad with water-based toner and placed it on my cheeks. It definitely reduced the heat. If you put this on and put on makeup, it really looks like rice cake. Haha. Even if it's a hassle, please try it.

I'm going to do some tidying up at home like this and then go to Maypure this weekend to get some serious hydration. Home care is for maintenance, and CPR is definitely at the salon... haha

How do you all protect your skin during the changing seasons? If you suffer from dry skin like I do, please share any tips in the comments! Sharing is so important!
