It's winter so my skin gets really cracked. How do you all use the Liviheal Exosome Cream?
How do you all finish your basic skincare routine and sleep on this cold night? I just went to a coin karaoke alone in the middle of the night to relieve some stress, but the karaoke heater must have been too strong. My face feels dry and itchy, like it's been through a drought. As soon as I got home, I quickly took out the Liviheal Exosome Cream and slathered it on thickly, but I don't think just applying cosmetics will solve the problem. I'm curious about how you all manage your daily routine. Do you have any special routines, aside from using a humidifier or sleeping?
I try to drink plenty of water and use the Liviheal Exosome Cream as a sleeping pack before bed. However, I have a bad habit of staying up late and looking at my phone, so my skin feels like it's recovering more slowly than I expected. I bought Liviheal Exosome Cream because it's famous for its excellent ingredients, but I'm worried that my bad habits might be preventing me from seeing the full benefits...
I know it's a bit much, but could you share a few small habits that help combat dry skin? I'm debating whether it would be good to combine it with a gua sha massage, or if just getting a good night's sleep would be the right answer. I'm afraid of fine wrinkles from the cold winter winds, so I desperately need some expert tips from the Maypure community! If you'd like to hear from me, I'll put them into practice starting tomorrow.
