Real skin care that I realized in my 30s... I'm sharing my own home care routine!!
Hello! I used to think all I had to do was buy expensive cosmetics and apply them, but as I'm approaching my mid-30s, I realize that habits are ultimately the most important. 😂 These days, I do go to the dermatologist, but since I don't go much of the time, I've been trying all sorts of methods to keep my skin in tip-top condition! I'll share a few of my personal, everyday tips!
First of all, I never dry my face with a towel after washing it. I just start applying my basic skincare routine while it's still slightly damp. This definitely reduces dryness!
And even though it's a hassle, I always end my day by drinking a glass of lukewarm water after 10 p.m.
I feel like my skin on the outside becomes clearer when I hydrate from the inside out. Hahaha
Another thing to consider is pillowcase care! Since it touches your face directly, I make sure to change it twice a week. Just doing this has noticeably reduced breakouts. I bought three pillowcases and rotate them.
Lastly, when applying foundation, if you gently wrap your face with the warmth of your palm, the absorption rate will be completely different.
Don't forget to invest just 5 more minutes and thoroughly sweep up to your neck!
It's not a huge secret, but these little routines add up and seem to support my skin health.
Invest just 10 more minutes for me tonight!!
