It's already February! I'm checking my skin condition and keeping a journal of my daily skincare routine.

 

It's already mid-February! How does time fly so fast... I was at work and suddenly looked in the mirror, and my skin seemed to be looking a bit tired lately, so I took half a day off today to properly check my skin condition.

 

These days, my biggest concerns are ‘elasticity’ and ‘dullness.’

Even if I'm just a little tired, my face loses all its energy, and it feels like my pillow marks are disappearing more slowly than before.

(I'm not the only one, right? Sob sob... ㅠㅠ) So these days, I'm focusing on 'emptying and filling' unconditionally.

 

First of all, I try to remove dead skin cells with a non-irritating peeling agent at least once a week.

I definitely noticed a difference in how my skin absorbed my foundation the next day just by exfoliating well! I also massaged a generous amount of cream into my neck and décolleté, areas I'd previously neglected. Writing it down like this has motivated me to take better care of myself.

 

Tonight, I'm planning to put on a special mask and go to bed early. After all, the best medicine is a good night's sleep!
As expected, skincare is never-ending. But if you don't give up and take good care of yourself, your skin won't betray you! Fighting, everyone!
