Even if you do your best at home care, there are days when you can't sleep well.

Should I say that my skin condition has noticeably deteriorated and become extremely rough...?

But when I looked into the reason, it turned out that the skin recovers at night... Now I know, what do I do? ㅠㅠ?

When you sleep, your body rests, but your skin is actually the most active.

During the day, skin cells that are exhausted from UV rays, fine dust, and stress are regenerated during this time.

It is said that damaged collagen is repaired and the moisture barrier is restored^^

Especially between 10pm and 2am, growth hormone secretion becomes active.

Skin regeneration is intensive, but if you don't have enough sleep,

If your sleep schedule is irregular or you do not sleep deeply, this recovery process will not proceed properly.

It'll be a hassle...? If it's just for a day or two, it's fine, but if it keeps happening frequently?!

First of all, my dark circles got darker and my face became dull overall.

Not only does your skin become dry, it also becomes rough... and it becomes prone to breakouts!

The chin is prominent and makeup is a given... I don't eat well and I get excited.

The reason is simple: lack of sleep increases the stress hormone cortisol.

So, the day after not getting enough sleep, skin troubles tend to appear easily and skin becomes sensitive..!

Lack of sleep also reduces the skin's ability to retain moisture.

So no matter how much you moisturize, you end up with dry skin on the outside and feeling more and more dry inside!

On the other hand, on days when I sleep deeply for 7 to 8 hours, my skin is clear even without makeup.

My skin tone is bright and I don't feel dryness to the point where I'm worried about it ㅠㅠ

 

So when I feel like my skin condition is really getting worse,

To maintain a consistent sleep pattern, first correct your lifestyle habits.

I try to fall asleep at a regular time and make a promise to myself to sleep for at least 7 hours... lol

Even if you just change this habit, your skin condition will change a lot, so even these small lifestyle habits
