스킵케어 효과 좋네요! 기본만 지켜도 피부 확 달라진다니 공감돼요 :)
I applied everything that was said to be good and my skin turned inside out... I guess in the end, tuning ends up being pure. ㅠㅠ
Is it really just me? I put a bunch of ampoules and creams on my face because it was the changing of seasons, and went to bed... The next day, I had a millet party and almost cried ㅠㅠ I guess there really is such a thing as overnutrition.
So I boldly cleaned out my vanity and tried 'Skip-care' for exactly one week, and my skin condition actually returned to its best, so I'm leaving a post because I'm amazed haha
My recovery routine consisted of just three things:
The first is to 'stop using wiping toner'. I couldn't give up on wiping with a cotton pad because it felt so refreshing, but I guess that was irritating... I switched to just putting some water toner on my hands and patting it in to help it absorb, and the redness really went down a lot.
Second, I took a break from functional products. Whitening and wrinkle care... they're tempting, but when your skin is sensitive, they're just toxic. So I just applied a mild moisturizing cream, layered twice. (The key is to let it absorb for a minute, then reapply! Haha.)
The last one is really basic: "Change your pillowcase every three days." This is a bit of a hassle, but I've heard that you can't ignore the bacteria that touch your face, so I tried it, and it definitely stopped causing breakouts around my chin. ^^
Of course, for blackheads and dead skin cells that cannot be removed with home care, it is good for your mental health to go to Maypure and get professional help... haha. But I think the answer is to just stick to the basics like this on a regular basis.
If you're feeling like your skin is spitting out whatever you put on it right now, don't apply more and try emptying it out like I did! I guess your skin needs time to breathe. Good luck with your seasonal skin care! :)
