겨울이라도 선크림 필수네요! 덕분에 저도 다시 마음 다잡게 돼요 :)
[My personal routine that affects my skin condition] The story of how I broke out in freckles because I didn't apply sunscreen because it was winter ㅠㅠ (Everyone, be careful)
I'm leaving this post so that you don't regret it like I did. I used to apply sunscreen so diligently in the summer, but when the weather got colder, I got lazy and skipped it for a month or two. I thought it would be okay because the days were shorter, but that was my biggest mistake.
When I look closely in the mirror, I see that the faint freckles under my eyes and around my cheekbones have really become more pronounced. It's even more frustrating knowing that once these appear, they can never be removed with home care.
So these days, I've made it a rule to always apply sunscreen, even when I go out for a bit in front of the house, whether it's raining or snowing.
But if I put anything on, my eyes get irritated and my makeup gets smudged.. I searched for an organic sunscreen that doesn't leave a white cast and goes on like lotion, and I finally found a product that I can use and I've found my light. Since I use something moisturizing, the base also goes on well.
I have no choice but to go to Maypure and get toning or laser treatment for the freckles that already appear, but it's my job to prevent them from getting any darker.. haha
You're probably letting your guard down because it's winter/spring, right? Indoor fluorescent lights and light coming in through windows can be daunting, so even if it's a hassle, make sure to apply sunscreen.
It seems like going to a dermatologist is more of a place to treat rather than prevent. Let's promise to apply a lot of sunscreen tomorrow morning, haha.
