패치로 시야 차단하는 거 정말 현명하네요! 안 건드리는 게 결국 최고의 케어죠👍
[My own routine that affects my skin condition] I fixed my habit of touching myself while looking in the mirror and found light ㅠㅠ (Don't squeeze your acne)
Honestly, there are people who can't just ignore a pimple or whitehead they see in the mirror, right? I used to be one of those people. I used to be the type of person who would just squeeze out a pimple, rationalizing that I washed my hands thoroughly, but now I realize that's a surefire way to ruin your skin.
One time, I roughly pressed it with my fingernail and squeezed it out, and I was shocked to see that the inflammation got worse and a black scar was left behind. After that, I swore I would never touch it again.
The way I use it is to completely 'block the view'.
Whenever I feel like I'm about to break out, I always put on a trouble patch, regardless of whether I can squeeze it out or not. I buy a thin one from the pharmacy and just stick it on. I feel safe because it's on the patch, and since I can't see any redness, I worry less about it, lol.
And for those that are really swollen and about to burst, instead of getting a needle at home, the answer is to go to Maypure and get extraction treatment or anti-inflammatory injections. Trying to save money ends up costing more for scar treatment ;;
After just one month of this, the dark spots on my face have definitely faded. I'm personally experiencing that not touching my skin is better than applying regenerative cream all day long.
If there's anyone who's still wiggling their fingers while looking in the mirror, stop right now. The pleasure is fleeting and the scars will last a lifetime. Let's all tie our hands and endure it! Fighting! ^^
