I used to stay up late watching TV and then just fall asleep, but these days, I'm trying to go to bed earlier. My complexion definitely looks less dull after a good night's sleep. ㅠㅠ
I've been more conscious of drinking water more often than before. Dry skin tends to get itchy and sensitive. I also try to avoid scrubbing my face too hard when washing, as part of my skincare routine. It may seem like a small thing, but as I've developed this habit, my skin has started to feel a little more at ease. Ultimately, I've been realizing the importance of consistent skincare habits.
