Day 3 of my skincare routine. It was a day where I could definitely feel a difference in my mindset compared to when I first started. As soon as I woke up, I drank a glass of lukewarm water and washed my face. I lathered it well and was careful to wash it off as gently as possible. After washing, I soaked a cotton pad in toner and smoothed my skin texture, then layered my moisturizing essence and cream. The redness seemed to have subsided a bit compared to yesterday, and even this small change made me feel good.
For lunch, I opted for a vegetable-based meal instead of greasy food. I also made a conscious effort to drink water frequently, keeping a tumbler nearby and taking frequent sips. My face always got shiny in the afternoon, but today, I felt a little less oily, which made me feel proud. My breakouts haven't completely cleared up yet, but I think the best thing I did was to resist touching them with my hands.
In the evening, instead of a sheet mask, I applied a generous amount of soothing ampoule and gently massaged it in to aid absorption. My skin won't improve immediately, but I'm determined to keep track of my progress and believe that if I continue to manage it consistently, a difference will surely come. My goal for this treatment was to allow my skin to recover slowly and without rushing.
