My own routine. I recommend home care instead of going to a dermatologist.
After spending money on dermatology, I realized that home care is more important than procedures. It's so frustrating to spend a lot of money and then end up failing to take care of it. So, I completely changed my routine to a non-irritating one. I switch to a mild, slightly acidic cleanser, and instead of a towel, I use a toner pad to soothe and smooth my skin. I also always apply vitamin ampoules because I'm afraid of spots and blemishes, and I finish with a cream with regenerative ingredients. The most important thing is sunscreen. I believe that if I don't use it, everything I've done before will be useless, so I apply it thoroughly, even down to my neck. Skin in your 30s is truly honest; you get what you invest in, or rather, what you put into it.
