One of my little routines, applying sunscreen when going out, has now become the most important routine in my life.

When I was younger, I often skipped it because it was too much trouble, but now that I'm older, I've noticed that freckles and blemishes appear in an instant. These days, I apply a thin layer of sunscreen even when I'm indoors.

I was quite shocked, not shocked at all, because I couldn't even ignore the fluorescent lights...

Everyone should remember that applying sunscreen 30 minutes before going out is most effective. I think sunscreen is the beginning and end of skin protection. ㅠㅠ
