I recently started working out, and people around me often tell me that my skin looks better after I sweat.
But there's one thing you absolutely must be careful about: always remove your makeup before exercising! Exercising with makeup on can clog your pores with sweat, which can lead to immediate skin problems.
I always start my workout by thoroughly cleansing with a cleansing tissue. Afterward, I immediately wash my face with cold water to cool it down. Hydration is a given! I always drink at least a liter of water while working out.
