2주만 꾸준히 해도 피부가 달라지는 게 느껴지죠.
I used to only drink coffee, but my skin was getting so dry that I started drinking only water. At first, it was a bit of a hassle because I had to go to the bathroom so often, but after about two weeks, I could definitely feel the effects.
First of all, my lips aren't as chapped, and my face feels noticeably less tight after washing. My complexion also seems clearer. While expensive treatments are great, I think changing these basic habits is really important.
I'm planning to continue this for another month. If anyone is considering drinking more water, let's start with me! Two liters a day. We can do it too!
