I'll tell you my own routine that affects my skin condition.
As you all know, this is a routine that you either forget or don't do because it's too much trouble.
Still, I hope you try it out sometime~^^
My routine is to drink 500ml of water on an empty stomach as soon as I wake up in the morning.
The recommended daily intake of water is 2L, but I can't drink it all at once because I get full lol.
So, to fill this 2L a day, I first hydrate my dry throat while I sleep.
I'm pouring water in lol I just gulp down 500ml of water, but that's hard
People say that it goes down better if you drink it with something like kombucha or enzyme tea!
But, even if you drink this water, the moisture is immediately absorbed into the skin's stratum corneum.
Moving doesn't make your skin moisturized!! (You have to do it consistently^^)
The water you drink passes through your digestive system and helps with blood circulation.
They say that the amount of water that reaches the ends of the skin is extremely small.
The moisture level of the skin depends more on how strong the skin barrier is than on the amount of water you drink.
It depends on how well it retains moisture, so no matter how much water you use,
Even if you drink it, if the oil film on the skin surface is insufficient or the barrier is damaged,
Be careful, moisture evaporates quickly...!!
(And drinking too much water can also put a strain on your kidneys, so drink no more than 2L)
Still, drinking 2L of water a day is good for your skin and health.
