I've been treating my skin quite carelessly.
Resting your chin unconsciously
The habit of constantly touching one's face, not changing one's pillowcase for over a month,
Even the habit of putting shower water directly on your face when washing your face...
The director said, “You have to treat your skin with care, like you would a baby.”
I feel like I've been touching my skin almost combatively lately.
So, starting today, I changed my pillowcase right away and started practicing not touching my face.
Do any of you have any bad habits like mine that you do without thinking about?
Of course, basic cosmetics are important, but I need to start by changing these small habits one by one!
