Does everyone have a life-changing item that they would 100% repurchase? (I'm settling on Cica Cream ㅠㅠ)

My skin is so sensitive that I've been living a cosmetics nomad lifestyle for n years now.. but this time, I tried the cica cream that a friend recommended and I really found light ;;

When I saw the red flag disappear in the morning, I thought to myself that I would definitely buy this again.
