Does everyone have their own routine that they always follow before going to bed? (I'm addicted to sleeping masks ㅠㅠ)
Lately, I feel like my face is going to tear in the morning because of the heater, so I've made it a routine to put on a really thick sleeping pack before going to bed ;;
There is definitely a big difference between applying it and not applying it, so I do it even though it is annoying. Do you have your own routine to improve your skin condition?
I think that aside from the days I receive Maypure treatment, it's really important to have my own daily routine at home.
Please share your own routine, even if it's just something small like drinking a glass of water or laying down a pillow or towel, even if it's nothing grand! Haha
