Do you only use vitamin C ampoule at night? Try adding it to your morning routine.

Many of you use vitamin C ampoules for whitening, right? At first, I was told to avoid direct sunlight, so I only applied it at night. However, experts say applying it in the morning and following it with sunscreen is actually more effective for its antioxidant effects.

So, two weeks ago, I added a vitamin ampoule to my morning routine. It definitely helps protect against UV damage, and the darkening that used to occur in the afternoon has noticeably decreased.

It does sting a bit when I apply it, but I think it's all part of the absorption process, so I'm enjoying it. Haha. Instead, I have to apply sunscreen 1.5 times more thoroughly than usual!     저도 비타민C는 무조건 밤에만 바르는 줄 알았는데 아침 항산화가 진짜 중요하군요! 안 그래도 오후만 되면 얼굴 흙빛 돼서 고민이었는데 내일부터 선크림 1.5배 바르고 당장 따라 해봐야겠어요ㅋ
