This is my personal skin care routine before going to bed.
My skincare routine isn't anything special, but here are a few things I use.
Before going to bed, I focus on removing sebum, exfoliating, and moisturizing.
I don't like cleansing oil, but I use it to control sebum and blackheads, and I think it does a good job.
I don't exfoliate every day, just once or twice a week. I use Carrot Vita Toner Pads because they contain BHA.
For hydration, I use a moisturizing mask pack about three times a week rather than a sticky product.
I use products with hyaluronic or tea tree ingredients regardless of the brand.
It's nothing special or special, but they say consistency is the key to anything. If there aren't any particular issues, I think it's best to continue using the methods and products you've been using.
