Week 2 of the 2L Water Drinking Challenge, my skin tone has changed.
I've heard it countless times that drinking plenty of water is essential for good skin, but it's so hard to put into practice. I can't drink plain water because it's too much, and frequent bathroom visits are a hassle. But this time, I finally decided to commit to a 2-liter a day challenge, determined to save up for a dermatologist. I started drinking consciously, carrying a tumbler with me, and surprisingly, after a week, I could see my complexion clearing up. My dull skin tone looked even brighter. My dry lips disappeared, and my constipation was also resolved. Haha. Now that I've personally experienced that replenishing moisture in my body is much more effective than applying expensive ampoules, I can't stop drinking water. Everyone, cut down on coffee and drink lukewarm water frequently. It's truly the best inner beauty.
