Do you have any lip balm recommendations? Also, please recommend some exfoliating products!

My lips are really chapped these days....

It's so painful I'm about to bleed. I'm dying from the pain.

I originally hated putting anything on my lips, so I didn't put any on at all, but this won't work...

I don't want it to be too heavy, I want it to be light and moisturizing.

And I get really excited when I put on lip makeup. Can you recommend a lip exfoliator???
