I've been dieting and have been aiming to drink more than 1L of water every day for the past two months, and it's really effective!! I highly recommend it.
Assuming one glass is 250ml, you only need to drink 4 glasses. You don't need to calculate too much.
Drink one glass in the morning, one glass at lunch, one glass at dinner, and one glass before going to bed.
I definitely feel like I've gotten less acne and my skin has become clearer!! How much water do you guys drink a day? Please leave a comment.
