I recently checked my skin condition and I was shocked ㅠ

Wow, aren't you surprised every time you look in the mirror these days? Now that I'm in my 30s, my resilience is definitely not what it used to be.

Don't those pillow marks from the morning linger until lunchtime? Come afternoon, your skin feels so tight that your makeup just floats off. You know that feeling when your skin looks shiny on the outside but is completely dry on the inside? You can see your skin's elasticity plummeting, and you really don't want to look in the mirror.

Applying expensive cosmetics is important, but these days, I desperately need the "basics" of drinking plenty of water and getting plenty of sleep.
