My face feels like it's going to tear because it's right under the office heater ㅠㅠ (Please save me)

Wow, isn't the weather really crazy.. It's so cold that it's nice to have the heater on full blast, but my seat is right in the wind.. I can feel my skin drying out in real time ㅋㅋㅋ

I turned on the humidifier because they say spraying mist makes your skin drier, but my face still gets so dry at 3pm that it drives me crazy.. I keep a moisturizer on my desk and reapply it often, but when I apply it on top of makeup, it all gets smudged and it's a mess haha;

Does anyone have any tips for avoiding the heater in the office? I can't ask to switch seats, so I'm seriously considering hanging up a wet towel. How do you all handle the dryness?
