와 글에서 환절기 고통이 느껴져요 ㅠㅠ 세수할 때 오돌토돌 걸리는 느낌… 그거 진짜 스트레스죠 ㅋㅋ 그래도 루틴 찾으신 거 완전 축하드려요
After years of nomadic living, I settled into a solid home care routine (it even eradicates dry skin lol)
Hello everyone, I hope your skin is doing well during this changing season. ㅠㅠ My skin condition has been really bad lately, maybe because I've been working overtime a lot..;; You know that prickly feeling you get on your fingertips every time you wash your face? When you put on makeup, it comes off and dead skin cells stand out, and every time I look in the mirror, I'm so stressed I thought I was going crazy..
Normally, if I go to a dermatologist and get a thorough treatment, things would get better, but these days, I've been so busy that I just can't find the time. So, I tried a few different things at home, and I finally found a routine that worked, so I'm sharing it with you. (This is definitely not an ad; these are just cheap products I bought with my own money.)
1. Switch from cleansing oil to milk I thought I had oily skin, so I insisted on using only cleansing oils that would make my skin feel clean, but it turned out that they actually stripped away all the moisture. After switching to cleansing milk and thoroughly rolling my face for about a minute, the tightness after washing my face was definitely reduced.
2. Modeling Pack (Beware of the hassle) Honestly, I admit that this is really annoying..ㅋㅋ If you fail to control the water, it runs down and becomes a mess, but the effect is really amazing. I do it exactly twice a week, on the weekends and Wednesdays, and after doing it, the way my makeup looks the next day is different. If you apply a lot of ampoule and put on a pack, the cooling sensation also completely goes down the redness.
3. Change your pillowcase daily. This doesn't cost anything, so definitely try it! If you have a lot of breakouts on your face, your pillow might be the culprit. I sleep on a towel and change it every day.
I've been doing this consistently for about a month now, and my coworkers are asking me why my skin has gotten so much better. ㅎㅎ It would be better to use it in conjunction with Maypure care, but when you're busy, I think this level of home care is enough. Let's all have honey skin ^^ If you have any tips of your own, please let me know in the comments! Sharing is welcome. ㅋㅋ
