Lately, I've been working overtime so much at work that it's become a chore, and it shows right away.. The thing that worked the best for me was never using a towel after washing my face. I spray a mist I keep in the bathroom right after my face is still wet, let it absorb, and then come out. Since there's no more towel dust, it's less itchy and my skin feels much less tight. Also, even though it's a hassle to apply foundation, I layer it three times. If I apply too much at once, it just sits on the surface and doesn't get absorbed, so it ends up all over my pillow. I pat it on thinly several times, and the texture is completely different the next morning.
I'm trying to drink 2 liters of water a day, but the pitfall is that I have to go to the bathroom too often and feel self-conscious ㅡㅡ;; But I can't give up because my complexion feels clearer.
