목주름 진짜 신경쓰이죠 ㅠㅠ 저도 매번 보여서 문제더라구요
The story of how I was so focused on my face that I was shocked when I saw my neck wrinkles.
I was really shocked when I looked in the mirror ;; I wondered when I got such a line on my neck.. I put on expensive creams and go crazy on my face, but I never took care of my neck at all, and now it's really obvious. There's a reason why people say that you should think of your face and neck as one and take care of them ㅠㅠ
So these days, when I apply foundation, I rub the excess on my hands after applying it to my face and apply it all the way to my neck. I massage it in upward motions, which seems to help with lymph circulation and reduces swelling in the morning. Also, I used to sleep on a high pillow, but I heard that this is the main culprit for neck wrinkles, so I changed it to a lower one right away. At first, it was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep and it was a mess, but now that I've gotten used to it, my trapezius muscles are less tense and my neck is definitely more comfortable in the morning.
At work, I'm constantly conscious of not having a turtle neck when looking at the monitor, and I stretch from time to time. You might wonder what this has to do with skin, but... I heard that good circulation makes your complexion clearer. I'm also trying to cut down on coffee and drink warm tea, but this is really too hard. ㅋㅋ Managing my neck is important, but I'm holding back because I'm afraid that if I don't start by fixing these small habits, I'll end up like Amitabha again. Do you guys take care of your neck separately? If you know of any good neck creams, please recommend them. ㅎㅎ
