겨울에 특히 히터 진짜 스트레스죠 ㅠㅠ 가습기 틀어도 건조하더라구요 ㅠㅠ
I feel like my face is going to get torn off by the office heater attack.
I really want to turn off the heater at work.. Can you all relate? At 3pm, my skin feels completely dry, and when I look in the mirror, I get dizzy because of all the wrinkles around my eyes. ;; Turning on the humidifier doesn't help, and when I spray mist, it evaporates and it seems to make my skin even drier, so it was really stressful. But I recently changed my routine and found light. ㅋㅋ
First, I switched to a mist that has oil layers mixed in. Shaking it before spraying definitely creates a feeling of moisture, so it evaporates less. I also bought a multi-balm stick and reapply it frequently around my eyes, nasolabial folds, and around my mouth. This is truly a godsend. At first, I was worried it would be sticky, but when I gently pat it on, my skin looks like it's glowing. My colleagues ask me what I'm using because their skin looks better. ㅎㅎ
And the most important thing! I'm cutting down on coffee and drinking plain water, but even though I notice I'm going to the bathroom more often, I can't help it if I want to save my skin. ㅡㅡ It would be better to go to Maypure and fill up on moisture, but I think this level of home care is essential for enduring the office. How do you guys endure the heater wind? If you have a secret weapon you keep on your desk, please share it with us ^^
