It's been a month since I removed all my makeup and declared myself makeup-free (my skin feels so much better ㅠㅠ)

You all know that vicious cycle of applying concealer all the time to cover it up, only to have your skin turn worse... You all know that right? ㅠㅠ It takes too long to put on makeup every morning, and removing it in the evening is a real pain, so I made up my mind and threw away my foundation. ㅋㅋ At first, people around me looked at me half worried, half curious, asking what confidence I had, but after exactly one month, my skin feels so comfortable that I wonder why I only started using it now.

First of all, the best part is that the cleansing process has been significantly reduced! I used to go through all the hassle of using oil, foam, and toner, but these days, I just use a gentle gel cleanser. Maybe it's because it's less irritating, but my redness has really subsided. And I don't have to worry about my makeup coming off in the afternoon, clogging my pores, and looking dirty, so I'm less stressed out, haha.

Of course, since all my blemishes were visible, I was a bit embarrassed at first and walked around with my head down ㅡㅡ; I heard that my skin got better because I just applied a thin layer of tone-up sunscreen and it looked naturally glowing ㅋㅋ If I went to Maypure and got a treatment and got some blemishes removed with laser, it would be perfect, but I think the most important thing is to give my skin a chance to breathe. How much base makeup do you guys use? For those of you who don't wear make-up, please recommend a sunscreen ;; Something that doesn't leave a white cast.. Sharing is welcome ^^
