Cosmetics should be used in moderation, and excessive amounts should not be used.
Applying a lot doesn't mean you're good at it.
Many of you, anxious about your flaky skin, layer on toner, essence, serum, ampoule, lotion, and cream. I once had to layer on nourishing creams along with the "7 Skin Method" to feel better, but I ended up suffering from whiteheads instead. Turns out, it was all down to "overeating" your skin.
There is a limit to how much your skin can absorb at one time.
Unabsorbed cosmetics linger on the surface of the skin, clinging to dust and blocking pores, causing skin trouble.
Also, if you use too many overlapping ingredients, your skin barrier can become more sensitive. Now, I've significantly reduced the steps and only use the essentials for my skin type: one essence and one cream.
After reducing the number of cosmetics I use, my skin feels like it can breathe and my complexion becomes clearer.
You guys, don't be too greedy.
The key to skin care is not 'how much', but 'how appropriately' you give your skin what it needs!
