수영장에서 사용하는 소독제로 피부가 건조해졌다면, 샤워 직후 미스트와 로션을 발라 보습막을 만들어주는 게 정말 좋은 방법이에요. 운동으로 혈색도 좋아지고, 꼼꼼하게 보습까지 챙기니까 몸도 피부도 한층 더 건강해질 거예요!
I started swimming for my health, and I feel so much better and refreshed! Sweating seems to flush out toxins, and my complexion seems brighter. But maybe it's because the pool water contains disinfectant.
When I get out of the shower, my skin feels so tight. If I don't moisturize right away, it dries out quickly.
So these days, right after I shower
I sprayed a lot of Avene mist and applied Illiyoon body lotion to create a moisturizing film all over my body, and it got a lot better. It's not as easy as I thought to take care of my skin while working out, though.
But I couldn't give up easily because I could see that my flesh was getting firmer.
So I'm working harder! For those of you who swim, how do you keep yourself hydrated?
