I started swimming for my health, and I feel so much better and refreshed! Sweating seems to flush out toxins, and my complexion seems brighter. But maybe it's because the pool water contains disinfectant.
When I get out of the shower, my skin feels so tight. If I don't moisturize right away, it dries out quickly.
So these days, right after I shower
I sprayed a lot of Avene mist and applied Illiyoon body lotion to create a moisturizing film all over my body, and it got a lot better. It's not as easy as I thought to take care of my skin while working out, though.
But I couldn't give up easily because I could see that my flesh was getting firmer.
So I'm working harder! For those of you who swim, how do you keep yourself hydrated?
If you have any tips, I'm really curious. Since body skin is just as important as the face, I'm going to take better care of it from now on. Haha. Today, I'm ending my day with a satisfying day with Ounwan and skin care! Let's all be healthy and pretty! Fighting~~!
