My hands are teeming with bacteria, and I suddenly feel a little guilty because I've been so careless with my skin. ㅠㅠ And as soon as I got home from work today, I immediately changed my pillowcase! From now on, I plan to change it to a clean one at least once every two to three days. Lastly, I've decided not to direct the shower head directly at my face when washing my face. I heard that water pressure can damage the skin barrier, so today I filled the sink with water and washed really carefully. Haha. It may seem like nothing, but if these small habits add up, won't I get closer to having beautiful skin someday?
