I'm trying to take care of my lifestyle these days.
Lately, my skin and condition have been so uneven, so I've been re-evaluating my lifestyle habits!! In the past, I would just look at my phone at night and fall asleep, but these days, I'm practicing going to bed a little earlier, thinking, "If I keep doing this, my face will be a mess tomorrow..." It's strangely satisfying because my skin feels less irritated the next day even if I just sleep well!
And I've been making it a point to drink plenty of water as part of my daily routine. I keep a cup on my desk so I don't forget! I'm also trying to cut down on touching my face, but it's harder than I thought. Still, as I continue to maintain these small habits, my skin and mind feel a little more at peace. These days, I'm really enjoying making these small changes!
