It feels refreshing to exfoliate with a peeling gel after a long time.
I haven't exfoliated for over a week, and today I can see dead skin cells floating on my face.
In particular, I hated the sight of the scaly, flaky skin on the area where the acne on my chin was healing, so I used a peeling gel to exfoliate it for the first time in a while.
I tend to avoid rubbing my face with a peeling gel because it irritates my skin and the friction can cause dermatitis, but when I showered, I thought my face would be swollen with water, so I just rubbed it with a peeling gel. Since the dead skin cells were swollen, I could just roughly push them away and the dead skin cells came off well.
I definitely think peeling gel is the simplest and most effective. The way the gel clumps up like dirt when you apply it and rub it in is kind of addictive, lol.
I am very satisfied with how my face looks so bright after using a sheet mask on top of exfoliating.
I have plans with a friend tomorrow and I'm already excited to see how smoothly the base will adhere to my makeup.
