글 읽다가 뜨끔해서 지금 물 한 잔 마시고 잘 준비하러 갑니다 총총..
I'll speak informally this time!!
To be honest, I find that just going to bed early is a much better option than going to the dermatologist and spending money on laser treatments. Now that I'm in my 30s, I can feel my complexion getting ashy the next day if I go to bed late even just one night... lol
Especially these days, with wedding preparations and so much to worry about, my skin has become even more sensitive. No matter how well I apply and manage my skin, if I go to bed past midnight, my makeup won't stick and everything will look ruined the next day. So, these days, I've made a point of turning off my phone and going to bed before 11 p.m., no matter how stressed I am about school or worrying about tomorrow's class, I'm deeply aware of the saying that sleep is the best medicine for skin.
It's clear that waking up from a good night's sleep makes a difference, even the texture on my fingertips when I wash my face. Rather than applying expensive cosmetics, "passing out early" is my personal skincare secret, the most cost-effective way to manage my skin. I'm determined to stick to this routine until I get to the wedding.
