헐 저도 샤워기 물 얼굴에 바로 맞았는데 ㅠㅠ 당장 고쳐야겠네요 정보 감사합니다!
The second skincare routine I follow these days is washing my face with lukewarm water.
These days, school is at the end of the semester, so I'm incredibly busy. When I get home from working overtime, everything becomes a chore. Still, I've developed a rule that I follow every night, without compromise, for the sake of my skin: washing my face with lukewarm water. Warm water, perhaps?
In fact, many men shower with hot water directly on their faces, or immediately wash their faces with cold water when they wake up in the morning. I used to do that too, but these days, I only wash my face with water that feels lukewarm to the touch.
At first, I felt a bit uncomfortable because it didn't feel refreshing, but after getting into the habit, I noticed a noticeable reduction in the tightness in my face after washing. The redness has also subsided, and best of all, my skin feels less sensitive when I shave the next morning, which is nice. This simple adjustment to the water temperature seems to be the most cost-effective way to maintain a healthy skin, rather than applying expensive cosmetics. I try to stick to this routine even in my busy daily life.
