Please recommend a way to quickly calm down the skin booster!

I got a skin booster yesterday, but I have injection marks and bruises. I got a lot of embossed marks, but the red marks are unsightly. Of course, makeup can't hide them... I know it's normal, but how can I calm them down quickly?

I'm also wondering if I can use something like a pack. I brought a bunch of modeling packs, sheet masks, and aloe gel packs with me to my parents' house, but I'm not sure which ones will work best... Yesterday was the first day, so I couldn't even wash my face properly. Starting today, I'm going to diligently try home skincare to help my skin calm down quickly.
