Week 2 of Drinking 2 Liters of Water: A Free Skin Care Habit

I went to the dermatologist, but it only helped for a short time, and I kept getting breakouts on my chin, which was stressful. I saw on YouTube that drinking lots of water was the best, so I bought a tumbler and have been consciously drinking from it ever since.
At first, I was so annoyed by the frequent bathroom trips that I almost gave up. But after holding out for about two weeks, my complexion definitely cleared up and my skin felt less dry. I think changing your basic lifestyle habits is more important than expensive cosmetics.
