Washing my face in the morning... It's been over half a year since I last used foam cleanser.

I used to wash my face thoroughly with foam cleanser in the morning and evening, but my skin barrier was completely destroyed and my skin became very dry, so I changed my routine.

In the morning, I just wash my face with lukewarm water. At first, it felt a little weird, but after just a week, my skin texture changed. Since my skin doesn't lose moisture, it definitely feels less tight and my oil-water balance feels better.

If you have oily skin, try using a light cleanser on your T-zone. If you have dry skin, try just washing your face with water. It's amazing how your skin absorbs better and your makeup doesn't come off. Changing your cleansing habits is more effective than buying expensive cosmetics.
