I'm using a mini humidifier to prevent moisture from escaping while I sleep.
I have a large humidifier at home, but when I wake up, the whole house feels like it's in a chemical warfare situation.

So I'm using a separate mini humidifier that I keep by my bedside!!
Because we know how important humidity is while sleeping, especially in winter like these days.
On days when I can't ventilate often, the room becomes much drier than I thought.
(And now it's Chuseok, but doesn't the weather feel almost like spring?
It's like the season has changed ㅠㅠ My rhinitis is getting worse and the weather is weird..)
So, the lifestyle habit I have is that I use a mini humidifier an hour before going to bed.
Turn it on in advance! Then, the humidity around your bedside will rise and it will be moist by the time you sleep~~?
If the room becomes dry while you sleep, your skin will continue to lose moisture.
If you turn on a mini humidifier, your skin will be much less tight the next morning.
And since I kept the humidifier on for a while, my skin would be less dry(?)
The placebo effect too I think so lol
Of course, if you place the humidifier too close or turn it on too much, it can actually make the room damp.
Another tip is to keep a proper distance and wash the water bottle at least once a day!!!!!!
(Washing is absolutely essential because it is meaningless if you don't maintain hygiene!)
