My own skin routine that I can't give up even though it's annoying
What I feel these days is that skin really doesn't lie...
If you play all night, you'll feel tired right away, and if you don't drink even a little water, you'll quickly become bloated.
So, my personal skincare routine is "moderate, consistent." Rather than using multiple expensive products, I cleanse thoroughly and moisturize immediately afterward. I use toner to even out my skin texture and apply a generous amount of moisturizer.
I make sure to use a face pack once a week and take some time for myself to heal. It feels good because my skin feels rested. And most importantly, I get enough sleep. I also try to drink plenty of water. While it's good to get treatment at a dermatologist, I think the most important thing is to have small habits at home. Today, I look in the mirror and make a promise: I'm going to protect my skin.
