This is my own way of taking care of my sensitive skin, which requires extra care.
My skin was already quite thin, but it feels even more sensitive as time goes by. Even the slightest change in weather causes my skin to turn red, and even the wrong cosmetics can cause breakouts. So these days, I'm focusing on "safety" over "a lot." I always check the ingredients, and I always test new products on my face before applying them right away.
Cleanse as gently as possible and avoid rubbing the foam for too long. After washing, apply several layers of soothing toner immediately before your skin dries. Avoid harsh exfoliation and instead use a moisturizing pack to cool your skin. Be sure to apply a gentle sunscreen thoroughly.
Above all, I'm the type of person who finds stress directly impacting my skin, so I try to get plenty of sleep. Because my skin is sensitive, I try to be gentle with it. My skin is quite sensitive, but with consistent soothing, I feel it gradually calming down. Ultimately, I believe I know my skin best.
