Skincare habits I'm concerned about these days
Now that I'm in my 30s, I feel like my skin is really different from before.
When I was in my 20s, I was okay staying up all night, but now if I don't sleep, it shows on my face.
So rather than focusing on grand management, I'm going to start by paying attention to my lifestyle habits.
First, I try to get as much sleep as possible, and I consciously drink a lot of water. I used to drink nothing but coffee all day, but these days, I keep a bottle of water by my side and try to drink it constantly.
Even though cleansing is a hassle, I try to do it thoroughly and not haphazardly. If I don't do this, I'll immediately get breakouts ㅠㅠ
I apply sunscreen every single day, even if I'm just going out for a bit. I'm most afraid of getting freckles...
And I'm trying to cut down on late-night snacks. My skin looks a bit dull the day after eating flour.
When I get stressed, I feel the skin cells rising up towards my chin, so these days I think that stress management is also skin management.
Certainly, in your 30s, lifestyle habits seem more important than expensive cosmetics.
Does everyone have any skincare routines they stick to? I'd love to learn some too.
