I'm trying to change my lifestyle habits of enjoying flour and chocolate.
I've been worried about my skin condition lately, so I've decided to start a diet that reduces flour and chocolate.
I actually really love bread and chocolate. But at some point, after eating these foods, I started to feel bloated and indigested. What was even more frustrating was that the next day, without fail, I'd break out on my face, my complexion would look dull and unsightly, and every time I looked in the mirror, I'd feel stressed.
Then it occurred to me that these were all warning signals from my body. While applying skin-friendly products and washing them off are important, I realized that lifestyle habits are ultimately the most important. And I realized that inner beauty, which cleanses the inside of the body, is the key.
It won't be easy to give up flour and chocolate, but I've decided to cut down as much as possible!
