Go to bed at 11 PM, the golden time for skin regeneration!

When you work and raise children, it's common to stay up past midnight, and many people go to bed at 2 or 3 in the morning, right?

 

 

I'm also a night owl, so I used to read webtoons and look at my phone until dawn and then go to bed late. But I felt my skin getting duller and less elastic, so I made up my mind to go to bed earlier.

They say that skin regeneration is most active between 10 PM and 2 AM.

It's been a month since I developed the habit of turning off the lights and going to bed at 11 o'clock, and when I wake up in the morning, my skin texture is different.

Even applying makeup is different.
