The mask is off, but my chin skin is still sensitive.

It's been a while since mask mandates were lifted, but I guess the skin on my chin still remembers the mask days.

If my condition is even slightly bad, bumps will appear around my chin and it will be itchy.

I was confused as to whether this was contact dermatitis or hormonal, so I kept a record of it, and it definitely got worse the week before my period and on days when I ate a lot of flour.

 

So these days, I'm trying to reduce my flour intake and eat more probiotics.

There is a saying that gut health is directly related to skin health.

It's important to apply it on the outside, but I think that taking care of the inside will be the fundamental solution.

My care will continue until the day I get rid of my chin trouble.
