저도 오일 롤링 좋더라구요! 마녀공장 클렌징 오일 애용중입니다 ㅎㅎ
How do you all manage the stubborn blackheads on your nose? I'm impatient, so I used to just pick them off with a nose pack or squeeze them out with a nose extractor. It felt good in the moment, but as time went by, my pores would stretch like orange peels, and sebum would build up even faster, creating a vicious cycle. ㅠㅠ After getting scolded by a dermatologist, I've decided to never use physical force, and only dissolve them with cleansing oil.
My method might seem a little cheesy, but before washing my face, I apply a generous amount of oil to my dry face and then rub it in while watching TV. I especially gently roll my fingertips over oily areas like my nose, chin, and between my eyebrows. For the first minute or two, I don't feel anything, but after five minutes, I start to feel something rough, like sand, on my fingertips. That's the hardened sebum melting and falling out, and the thrill is incredible. Haha.
Roll like this for about 10 minutes, and be sure to emulsify it with a little water. Don't do this half-heartedly, as it can actually cause breakouts, so be thorough! Rinse it off with water at the end, and you'll notice your nose is now shiny and smooth. Of course, it won't disappear all at once, but I've gotten rid of my strawberry nose by doing this every night. For those who want to manage sebum without irritation, I highly recommend oil rolling, even though it might hurt your arms a little!
