썬크림 미리미리 꼼꼼히 발라두어야겠네요!! 루틴 감사드랴요!
Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going outside! Are you following this rule?
I once put on sunscreen and then immediately put on a mask, and my freckles got worse.
I found out that chemical sunscreens (organic sunscreens) need time to penetrate the skin and break down UV rays.
That's supposed to be at least 15 to 30 minutes. I didn't realize that and went out in the sun right after applying it, so the effect was halved. ㅠㅠ
So these days I've changed the order of my morning routine a bit.
After washing my face and applying basic skincare, I thoroughly apply sunscreen, and in the meantime, I choose my clothes, dry my hair, and pack my bag.
This way, the sunscreen has enough time to adhere to the skin, and even products with a white cast blend naturally with the skin tone, so they don't smudge when applying makeup.
And even though it's a hassle, it's really important to apply the correct amount, about the size of a 500 won coin.
They say that if you apply it thinly, it doesn't have the same effect as the blocking factor.
I apply it in two thin layers, dividing it into two layers, for fear that it might look like an egg ghost if I apply it all at once. I highly recommend this method.
It absorbs much better and doesn't feel stuffy.
UV rays are a shortcut to aging, so even if it's annoying, let's put our lives on the line and apply sunscreen!
