I used to think that just using expensive cosmetics would improve my skin, but in the end, my skin condition is determined by my lifestyle.
These days, I consider sleep the most important thing. I try to get at least six to seven hours of sleep, and I try not to look at my phone for too long before bed. It definitely makes a difference in my skin tone the next day.
And drink lots of water! I always carry a tumbler with me to drink about 1.5 to 2 liters a day.
I feel like I'm getting better and less trouble because I cut down on coffee and switch to water or tea instead.
Lastly, stress management. I'm the type of person who gets sensitive and it immediately shows up on my skin, so I try to relieve it each day with a light walk or some stretching. Ultimately, I think consistency is the key to healthy skin.
